satisfactory stay with room for improvement
The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the action! ! The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel welcome from the start. The bed provided a good night's sleep, which was essential after busy days out.
The room felt a bit dated and could use a deep clean.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious room and the fantastic morning buffet that had so many tasty options! There were great relaxation spots like the cozy lounge and a lovely rooftop terrace to unwind. The only minor hitch was that we had to ask for extra towels a few times since they sometimes forgot, but it didn’t overshadow our experience. 😄

Friendly staff that made every morning pleasant.
The carpets in the hallways were noticeably worn and tired.

Yo, the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of Shinjuku! Had to hit up the killer sushi at Tsukiji Kiyomura Sushi-Zanmai and the ramen at Niboshi Ramen Nagi—food marathon goals! Plus, the efficient and kind staff made every morning start right with an excellent breakfast buffet!
The hotel feels a bit tired, needing some fresh vibes. Plus, it’s a hop away from the livelier Golden Gai, which could feel a tad sketchy at night. But honestly, the service totally makes up for the quirks.
